Terms of Service

These terms apply to roofing services supplied by Hull & East Riding Roofing across Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. By accepting a quotation or allowing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

• Quotations are free and provided without obligation.
• A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date given, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices assume reasonable access to the property; we will advise you before any additional charge arising from access, height, or unexpected structural issues.

Work and guarantees

• All work is carried out by our experienced roofing team to a professional standard.
• Guarantees given on completed work are as stated on your quotation or invoice; our standard workmanship guarantee is 10 years unless advised otherwise.
• Manufacturer guarantees for materials apply in addition to our workmanship guarantee, subject to their own terms.

Payment

• Payment terms (deposits, stage payments, and balance) are set out on your quotation or invoice.
• We accept payment methods as agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change agreed work, please contact us as soon as possible on 07960 426376. Work already carried out or materials specially ordered remain payable.

Liability

• We hold public liability insurance for work carried out.
• We are not liable for pre-existing defects that are not part of the agreed scope of work, or for issues arising from work carried out by others.
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
